<div itemprop="description">NORRIS, Thomas Edward Gerald - Peacefully, after a valiant fight against a brutal disease, Tom has found rest. Born in Burlington in 1972, son of Jerry and Diane Norris, brother to Tammy Spotts, Uncle to Andrew, Sheldon and Cassie, and grandson of Gerald ‘Pops’ Norris. Dearly loved by his wife of nearly 18 years, Kimberley Jean (nee Holder), and adored by his children, Kailyn Laura, Brennan Douglas, and Leah May. Tom, whose love of sports and the outdoors was surpassed only by his love of family, will be missed by his extended family, Doug, Doris and Todd Holder, Janet, Jason, Nora and Abby Raymond and best friend, but “more like a brother,” Dan Wilson of B.C. Known as Thomas, he will be deeply missed by friends and associates at Napa Barton Auto Parts Hamilton. Deepest thanks to Dr. Lepic and Dr. Fraser, all the special nurses in the Stem Cell Programme at Juravinski Hospital, sister Tammy for her stem cell donation, and the Rousseau/Ancaster Heights Angels who have provided nourishment for body and soul for many months. Private burial has taken place. Friends and relatives are welcome at Dodsworth & Brown Funeral Home, ANCASTER CHAPEL 378 Wilson St. Ancaster, Ont. for Visitation on Saturday, February 4, 2017 from 6-8 p.m. and Sunday, February 5, 2017 from 1-4 p.m., and a Time of Remembrance to be held on Monday, February 6, 2017 at 11 a.m. in the Chapel. In lieu of flowers donations could be directed to “Tomorrow Stems From You” of the Juravinski Hospital and Cancer Centre Foundation or a Trust Fund for the children (RBC 00102-5148051).
