<div itemprop="description">It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Joe Dunn in his 88th year on Tuesday, May 3, 2016 at Hamilton General Hospital. Joe was the beloved husband of the late Helen Dunn and is survived by his three children, Kathryn (Rick Durand), Gary (Anita) and David (Celeste). Joe was a loving Granddad to Erin and Elyse. Joe is also survived by his loving siblings, sister Geraldine (the late Albert), and brothers Gerald (Lou), Don (Ev), Leo (Dianne), Ken (Anne) and Ed (Mary Jo). Special thanks to Sandra, a friend and caregiver to both Joe and Helen for many years and to his wonderful neighbours who provided friendship and support. Joe will be sadly missed by nephews, nieces, cousins and friends. Joe was an avid golfer who enjoyed the company of many friends and family. He will be dearly missed but not forgotten. Visitation will take place at DODSWORTH & BROWN Funeral Home ANCASTER CHAPEL, 378 Wilson Street, Ancaster, Ontario on Friday, May 6, 2016 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m, with Vigil Prayers at 8:30 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held at ST. ANN’S ROMAN CATHOLIC CHURCH 11 Wilson St. E. (at Fiddlers Green Rd.) on Saturday, May 7, 2016 at 10:30 a.m. Cremation to follow with interment at a later date.
