<div itemprop="description">As a family we are sad to announce that our Mother, Alma passed away peacefully on Tuesday June 14, 2016 in her 90th year. <br>Alma is predeceased by Husband Arnold Harry (2015) and survived by Children: Roy (Marie), Geoffrey (Deborah), Gail, Paul (Susan), Victoria (Michael). Grandchildren: Rory, Emily, Erin, Christopher, Gregory, Andrew, William, Kathryn. Great Grandchildren: MacKenzie, Maddison, Weston, Rayna, Nicole. She is survived by sisters Jean and Edna of Newfoundland. <br>Alma was born in Botwood, Newfoundland, one of 8 children to parents Henry Levi and Eva Isabella. She met our father, Arnold who was with the British Merchant Navy while stationed in Botwood. After getting married they moved to Hamilton where they began their lives together and raised their 5 children. Alma worked and retired from a children’s clothing store. She helped raise her grandkids with every bit of her heart. She loved to travel and did so with her family and friends. She loved to bowl and enjoyed that well into retirement. <br>Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held at Dodsworth & Brown Funeral Home Ancaster Chapel. 378 Wilson St. E., Ancaster on Monday June 27, 2016 from 11-12 a.m. A Celebration of Life to follow in the Chapel at 12 p.m. Interment will be held at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. Donations to the Alzheimer’s Society of Ontario would be appreciated. <br> “Mom, We Love You. May you Rest in Peace.” <br></div>
