<div itemprop="description">It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Jim on Saturday April 25, 2015, in his 90th year. Predeceased by his beloved wife, Irene. Dear and loving father to Philip (Susan), John (Carol), Gerald (Catherine), Claire Zuccato (Richard) and Kathy Karabogdan (Neven). Proud grandfather to 19 grandchildren. Will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Jim was head of the Science Department at Ancaster High School from 1960 to 1991. He volunteered with many organizations, played numerous bridge games and travelled the world with Irene; his favourite pastime was spending time with his children and grandchildren. Jim&rsquo;s family extends a special thank you to the caring and compassionate staff of Willowgrove Long-Term Care. Family and friends will be received at the DODSWORTH &amp; BROWN FUNERAL HOME &ndash; &ldquo;Ancaster Chapel&rdquo;, 378 Wilson Street East, on Tuesday April 28th from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m., with vigil prayers at 3:30. A Funeral Mass will be held at ST. ANN&rsquo;S ROMAN CATHOLIC CHURCH, 11 Wilson Street West, Ancaster, on Wednesday April 29th at 11 a.m.</div>
